Your diagrams are processed only in your browser. They are not sent to any server. The page is technically locked down (Content Security Policy with connect-src 'none') so that it cannot open any outgoing connections itself.

Hosting and server log files

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time, the requested file and browser details, in order to deliver and secure the site.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement exists with Cloudflare. Transfers to the USA rely on the standard contractual clauses or, where Cloudflare is certified, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Local storage in your browser

The app stores the diagram type you last selected and the source text of your diagrams in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so that your work is still there on your next visit. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted, and can be removed at any time via your browser settings ("Clear site data"). This storage is technically necessary to provide the function you asked for (keeping your work), so under Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG no consent is required; the processing of the stored data is carried out only on your device. No cookies are set for tracking or advertising purposes.

No analytics, no advertising

No tracking services, no advertising and no external fonts or scripts are included.

Feedback by email

The "Feedback" link opens the email program on your device with our address as the recipient. This site sends nothing in the process. If you send a message, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete them once your request has been dealt with.

External links

Links to other sites are ordinary links. Only when you click one do you leave this site, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the one at your place of residence or the state authority responsible for the controller.
